If you’d like to attend training at the academy, please fill out the following application form in details and click on the "Confirmed" button below. You will be notified in two days whether you are accepted or not for training. If you didn’t receive the reply or can not send the application form online, please copy the items and send it to academy@chinashaolins.com or call us at 0086-136-9638-1880 or 0086-535-4693197.

We recommend that you submit the form one to six months prior to planned arrival in order to finish all the travel preparations, such as visa and plane tickets.

If you are accepted,your next step is to pay the $100.USD non-refundable application fee to guarantee a place for you at the academy on the date you desire to arrive.

Note: Please write the receiver's name(SU XING) instead of the school's name when you transfer the application fee.

If you have paid application fee, please let us know your transfer date together with your name in transfer through email.
When paying your Application fee, if possible check for your nearest subbranch of Bank Of China, as there will be no extra transfer charges and the transaction will be faster and more reliable. Otherwise aim to use Bigger Banks such as HSBC who are better suited for international transfers.
