After you decide to attend the academy, use the following form to apply.

We recommend that you submit the form a few months prior to planned arrival in order to finish all the travel preparations, such as visa and plane tickets.

Please make sure that the email you wrote in the application form is correct and fill all the other items in the application form properly. If you can not send the application form because the internet does not work, please copy the items and send it to academy@chinashaolins.com
Please pay $100 application fee through transfer after you submit your application form. The transfer information:

Note: Please write the receiver's name instead of the school's name when you transfer the application fee.

When paying your Application fee, if possible check for your nearest subbranch of Bank Of China, as there will be no extra transfer charges and the transaction will be faster and more reliable. Otherwise aim to use Bigger Banks such as HSBC who are better suited for international transfers.
If you have paid application fee, please let us know your transfer date together with your name in transfer through email.

VisaRite service (in USA): If you live too far away from a Chinese embassy, you can use the VisaRite Online Service. They specialize in obtaining the visa on your behalf. Just download this application form and submit it on their website. Be sure to read their all their rules and conditions and mention our school name when you apply.

●Normally, after you submit your application form, you will receive our reply within five days, whether you are accepted or not. In the unlikely event that no reply is received please copy the application form and re-send it to academy@chinashaolins.com or call us at 0086-535-4693197.
