you¡¯d like to attend training at the academy, please
fill out the following application form in details and
click on the "Confirmed" button below.
You will be notified whether you are accepted or not for
training. If you are accepted,your next step is to pay
the $100.USD non-refundable application fee to guarantee
a place for you at the academy on the date you desire to
arrive.
We
recommend that you submit the form one to six months
prior to planned arrival in order to finish all the
travel preparations, such as visa and plane tickets.
Please
pay $100 application fee through transfer after you
submitted your application form and are accepted . The

Note: Please write the receiver's name instead of the school's name when
you transfer the application fee.
If you have paid application fee, please let us know
your transfer date together with your name in transfer
through email.
When paying your Application fee, if possible check for your nearest
subbranch of Bank Of China, as there will be no extra
transfer charges and the transaction will be faster and
more reliable. Otherwise aim to use Bigger Banks such as
HSBC who are better suited for international transfers.
¡ñNormally,
after you submit your application form, you will receive
our reply within three days, whether you are accepted or
not. In the unlikely event that no reply is received
please copy the application form and re-send it to academy@chinashaolins.com

Please make sure that the email you wrote in the application form is
correct and fill all the other items in the application
form properly. If you can not send the application form
because the internet does not work, please copy the
items and send it to academy@chinashaolins.com
